Our journey began in 2021 with selling used videogames locally. Eventually, selling used gaming consoles and seeing happy customer responses became addicting.

To ensure top quality, we expanded the team and started putting all our gaming consoles through a multi-step Quality Assurance Process.

Over the years, we have finetuned and optimized this process, adding things like testing software, automation, professional test reports, and other ways to assure quality of pre-owned devices.

We started expanding our catalog across various different consumer electronics, adding a full-fledged repairs department, and expanding our product testing and cleaning department.

As of today, REFURBICA is a company ran by a diverse team of 20+ employees with backgrounds from all over the globe, selling our refurbished goods in 17 countries (and expanding) and we are proud of this!
