When buying refurbished electronics, cosmetic condition is one of the key differences between devices. All our devices — regardless of grade — are fully tested, 100% functional, and come with warranty. The grade simply reflects how the device looks on the outside.
We offer three cosmetic grades: A, B, and C. Here's what each grade means, how it affects pricing, and why customers might choose that grade.
For smartphones, we even offer four cosmetic grades: A+, A, B, and C.
Grade A+ – Premium Condition
Cosmetic condition:
Grade A+ Smartphones and Tablets are in premium condition. They look like new, with minimal to no visible signs of wear. Smartphones and tablets in this grade will always have 90+% battery health.
Pricing:
This is the highest price point among refurbished grades. You pay a bit more for the best-looking device.

Grade A – Excellent Condition
Cosmetic condition:
Grade A devices are in near-mint condition. They look almost like new, with minimal to no visible signs of wear. You may find tiny, barely noticeable hairline scratches if you look very closely, but no dents or scuffs. Smartphones & Tablets in this condition will always have 85+% battery health.
Pricing:
This is the second highest price point among refurbished grades. You pay a bit more for the a great looking device.

Pricing:
This is the lowest price point — in some cases this grade is sold for up to 70% off the original retail price.
