We love giving tech a second life. And when you trade in your pre-loved electronics with REFURBICA, we make the process simple, fair, and transparent.

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please read the following trade-in rules carefully.

✅ What You Can Trade In

We currently accept:

• Smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smartwatches

• Game consoles and video games

• E-readers, headphones, and other select electronics

• Books in good condition (no heavy damage or missing pages)

📦 Your device must:

• Be owned by you (no stolen or leased items)

• Be fully paid off (no outstanding payments or contracts)

• Match the condition you selected when requesting your quote

📦 Device Condition Guidelines

We offer different values depending on the condition of your item:

• Like New: Fully functional, no visible wear

• Good: Minor signs of use, fully functional

• Fair: Noticeable wear or scratches, still works properly

• Broken: Doesn’t function, but we might still accept it, if we can restore the device to its former glory.

💡 Tip: Be honest about the condition — we check every item upon arrival. Undervalued? We’ll pay more. Overvalued? We’ll revise the offer.

🔁 What Happens After You Send It

1. Free Shipping Label: We provide a prepaid shipping label.

2. Quick Inspection: Our team checks your item within 5 business days.

3. Payment or Adjustment:

   • If everything matches: ✅ Payment sent via your selected method

   • If condition differs: 🛎 You’ll receive a revised offer to accept or reject

   • If rejected: We’ll return your item free of charge

⏳ Important Timeframes

• Trade-in quotes are valid for 14 days

• Once we receive your device, processing takes 3–5 business days

• Payment is made within 1–2 business days after approval

⚠️ Items We Can’t Accept

• Locked, stolen, or blacklisted devices

• Devices with activation locks (iCloud, Samsung, etc.)

• Items with missing components (e.g., screen or motherboard)

• Water-damaged items (unless clearly stated)

🧾 Legal Note

By sending us your item, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the device

• The information you provided is accurate

• You authorize REFURBICA to inspect, wipe, refurbish, or recycle the item
